Retail Customers:
All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days. If you are
not satisfied with your order, please send your package to us via
insured U.S. Mail or UPS. Shipping and handling fees are not
refundable. Please allow for some shrinkage of our 100% cotton and
cotton/spandex items. Please try all items on your children before
washing or wearing because we are unable to accept items that have
been washed, worn, or soiled in any way for return or exchange.
Unfortunately,in addition we cannot accept returns of swim diapers
due to hygienic concerns. All tags must be attached to garments for
us to accept the return.
