Flaphappy.com will gladly accept returns of
new, unused merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be
returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and received within
30 days from the original purchase (invoice date). Exchanges or returns must be
accompanied by the original receipt. If your original receipt is unavailable,
we will make a refund or exchange based on the current selling price posted on
FlapHappy.com. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment less any shipping fees, discounts or
coupons used if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse any returns
that do not meet the above terms and conditions.
It will take 1 – 2 weeks to send out your
exchange from the time we receive your return in our warehouse. If you would
like to expedite receiving your exchange order please call our customer care
team at 800-234-3527 and we can place your exchange order for you early over
the phone.
If you are returning a gift, the return must
be accompanied by the original gift receipt and exchanges will be made in the
form of a Flap Happy merchandise exchange. If your original gift receipt is
unavailable, we will make an exchange based on the current selling price posted
on flaphappy.com.If your
exchange order costs more than your return, please enclose your credit card
information and we will charge the remaining balance to your card.
If you received free shipping and your
return causes your original order total to fall below the $99.01 minimum, we
will deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund.
If we shipped an incorrect item, we will
refund your return postage and ship the correct item at no cost to you.
Return Procedure
Return your item(s) using the form located
on the back of your invoice.
Step 1: Complete the return form and include with the
items you are returning (pleasemake a copy of the invoice for your records).
Step 2: Affix the return address portion on the return
form to the package or envelope.
Step 3: Keep your shipping records just in case a proof of
delivery is necessary. We recommend insuring your package and using a
shipping method that can be tracked. We cannot be responsible for any returns
lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive the original item(s), you
will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please
allow 2-3 weeks for Flap Happy to refund your credit card upon receipt. It may
take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more
information, please contact your credit card company. Gift orders are eligible
for exchange only. At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased
from a retailer other than FlapHappy.com.
