What forms of payment do you accept?

We make checkout easy! Pay with all major credit or debit cards, plus PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, or Shop Pay.

Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?

Please reach out to us right away! Whether it's an address update, a size swap, or a different style, we'll do our best to make it happen.

If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to intercept it before it leaves our warehouse, but send us a message as soon as possible, and we'll try to help. Please note we can't guarantee changes once an order is in transit.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet! Our warehouse team works fast, so the window to intercept it is small, but don’t worry, reach out and we’ll do our best to help. We’ll always try to make it work!

Can I place an order for store pickup?

Pickup isn’t available just yet, but don’t worry! We’re working on making it an option Soon!

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 10:30 AM PST are usually processed and shipped the same day. For expedited orders, the cutoff is 9:00 AM PST to ship that same day. Orders placed after these times, on weekends, or on major holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note, our team is off on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.

How can I track my package?

You can find tracking information by logging into your account and selecting 'Order History' from the menu items. Alternatively, you can find tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find this email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder!

Where do you ship?

We ship most places worldwide, and selected products are also available at select Flap Happy retailers around the globe!

What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

We're sorry your order didn't arrive as expected! Please send your order number and a photo of the damaged item to hello@flaphappy.com. Our support team will be in touch shortly with the next steps.

What do I do if I received an incorrect item?

What should I do if my order was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?

If your order was damaged during transit, lost, or stolen, and you purchased Route protection, you can file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/.

If you didn’t purchase Route protection, we’re unfortunately unable to replace lost or stolen packages, but we completely understand how frustrating that can be, and we are here to help answer any questions you might have

Product Returns

What is your return policy?

We want every little sunshine to love their Flap Happy gear! If you need to return an item, we’re happy to offer an exchange or a full refund for merchandise returned in its original condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Just send it back to us, and we’ll take care of the rest!

How do I make a return?

Step 1 : Print and complete the Flap Happy Return Form (FLAP HAPPY RETURN FORM LINK (PDF) and include it with the items you're sending back. We recommend keeping a copy of your invoice for your records.
Step 2 : Attach the return address label from the form to your package or envelope.
Step 3 : Hold onto your shipping records in case proof of delivery is needed. We recommend choosing a trackable and insured shipping method, as we’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any returns that don’t meet the return policy conditions listed above.

Can I return a sale item?

Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

I've already opened my product. Can I exchange it?

Even if an item has been opened, as long as it hasn’t been worn or washed, still has all tags attached, and is within the 30-day return period, you can submit it for an exchange.

Please note that our inspection team carefully checks all returns and exchanges. Items that don’t meet our return criteria will be sent back to you at your cost.

How do I return a gift I've received?

We're sorry you didn't love your gift! If the item was shipped directly to you, please send an email with your full name to hello@flaphappy.com. If the item wasn't shipped to your home, please send an email and include the gift giver's full name and email address.

Gift orders are eligible for exchange only.

Can I have my shipping cost refunded?

Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within four weeks after you ship your return, often sooner! This includes transit, processing, and bank timelines. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. You'll get notifications as soon as your refund has been processed.

Gifts + Gift Cards

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Of course! You can easily add a gift message to your order at checkout. If you've already placed an order but it hasn't shipped yet, we may still be able to include a gift message. Please email hello@flaphappy.com and we'll see what we can do.

Why hasn't my giftee received their digital gift card?

If your giftee hasn't received their digital gift card (and they've checked their spam or junk folder!) please email hello@flaphappy.com with the order number and their email address so we can look into this.

Do gift cards expire?

Nope! Like good friends, Flap Happy gift cards are forever.

I lost my gift card! Can you look up my gift card number?

Oh no! We're sorry you can't find your gift card. Please email hello@flaphappy.com with your full name and the email address it was sent to. We'll do our best to track it down!

How do I sign into my account?

You can log into your existing account or create a new one right here.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

Sale + Discounts

Can I enter more than one discount code at checkout?

Sorry, we can only accept one discount code per order.

I shopped outside the sales period. Can I have the discount retroactively applied to my order?

To make shopping fair for everyone, sales promotions and discounts only apply to orders placed during the specified sales period. To stay in the loop on future sales, sign up for email and SMS updates!
